When signing up for 6-week classes, one signs up by selecting (signing up for) the 1st class. Classes 2-6 will occur on a weekly cadence during the same day of the week and time-slot.

Make-up Class Policy
Make-Up classes are not guaranteed, but we try and be as flexible, when feasible. If you have to miss a class, please email our Head of Instruction, Alissa Mittl (alissa@clayroomsf.com) to request a make up date. Please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of the class in order to meet the instructor.

Open Studio Hours
We highly encourage students to come in and work on their craft during open studio hours for pottery classes. Open studio hours at Clayroom San Mateo are:
Monday-Thursday: 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Friday-Sunday: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

There is no sign in process, but please look at your studio's physical board to check space availability before working.
Fees and What's Included
Unless noted, all classes include include all materials and services as part of the class price. Studio tools are also available to be used by all students throughout the 6 weeks

Refund or Credit (minus $20 processing fee) if a request for refund is received TWO WEEKS and only two weeks before the start of a class.

Class cancellations should be made via email- contact@clayroomsf.com with your original confirmation email.

No refunds or credits after attending 1st class.

Classes missed due to failure to attend, planned absences, minor illnesses or vacations will not be credited for future classes.

Try Day reservations are considered final ONE WEEK before the start of class.
